Every occupied property staging begins with a home staging consultation. The stager will view the property from a prospective buyer’s viewpoint from the exterior to the interior of the home. The stager will assess the property detailing areas to address and determine specific suggestions for market preparation to receive maximum return on investment. The assessment concludes with a plan of action and timeline proposal for additional staging services. Once the pre-staging checklist is complete the stager returns to stage the home.

A $125 consultation deposit is required which will be applied to the final service.


If you want to stay in your home and need help designing/ renovating, we can help you LOVE your home again through professional Redesign.  After you complete our questionaire, we will schedule an in-home consultation.  We will discuss your goals, budget, timeline and walk the spaces needing renovations.  After this meeting, we will prepare a design and renovation proposal.  If we agree to work together, we will create design boards, renderings, and make materials selections for your approval.  After this first step, we offer these additional services:  materials ordering and follow through, contractor selection, and project management.   After the home renovations are completed, we move on to redecorate / redesign your home.  After we decide on a design style and colors, we use your existing furniture and add the furniture pieces, art, and accessories that are needed to complete the project and make your home gorgeous, comfortable, and functional.
