This stunning project was a Mid Century Modern redesign for a Real Estate Investor.  Since this was a high end renovation to resell (FLIP), we collaborated with the architect to achieve the owner’s total vision for this project.  After the home was renovated, we completed the LUXURY level Vacant Staging- with a focus on Mid Century Modern furniture, accessories, and artwork.

The home sold in 14 days – over the list price.
